1 pc whole chicken
1 pack McCormick Lemmon & Pepper Seasoning Mix
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Ketchup
1 tbsp Sweet Chili Sauce
1 tsp McCormick Ground Pepper\
Utensils:
Saladmaster Multi-Purpose Electric Roaster
1st thing to do is to clean the chicken and marinate the lemon and pepper powder to the chicken for about atleast 2 hours. Heat the Saladmaster Multi-purpose electric roaster by 230C and when heated put the marinated chicken inside and close the roaster. Wait until you heard clicks at the cover of the roaster and decrease the temperature to 150C and wait for 25 minutes. Try to push the chicken if it already separated from being sticky and turn it aside. Decrease the temperature down to 130C and wait for about 10-15mins. Try to poke the chicken with a fork to check if the chicken still has blood. If it doesn't have, remove the chicken from the roaster and put the rest of the ingredients on the sauce left by the chicken in the roaster and mix. Put the sauce in the bowl and it's ready to eat!
